Utilization of BPS Data in Dynamic and Integrity-Based Governance

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - The Jawa Tengah Provincial Bappeda held an FGD in the context of Discussion of the Draft Regional Regulation of Jawa Tengah Province concerning the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) for 2025-2029, held in the Jawa Tengah Provincial Bappeda meeting room on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

The FGD was opened by the Head of Bappeda, Suharso, and took place in two sessions. Present as a resource person, Plt. Head of the Jawa Tengah Provincial BPS, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih. In her presentation, Endang conveyed the importance of the Indonesian Democracy Index (IDI) for sustainable progress, by looking at the Jawa Tengah Province IDI score from several aspects of indicators, including aspects of freedom, aspects of equality, and aspects of the capacity of democratic institutions. Endang also spoke about the economic growth of Jawa Tengah Province.

This discussion forum was attended by several resource persons and participants, including the KPK Task Force, Council Members, Academics, the RPJMD Special Committee, and the Jawa Tengah Provincial OPD.
