SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - The Head of BPS for Jawa Tengah Province was present at the Limited Coordination Meeting for the Food Sector on Tuesday, December 31 2024. Located at the Gradhika Bakti Praja Building, this meeting was chaired directly by the Coordinating Minister for Food, Zulkifli Hasan.
In his direction, Zulkifli said that the President's main priority program is to achieve food self-sufficiency by 2027. The hope is that in the future there will be environmentally friendly energy self-sufficiency from the agricultural sector.
Apart from that, in order to accelerate food self-sufficiency, special attention needs to be paid to irrigation, fertilizer, extension, seeds, superior breeders, fisheries cultivation, food prices, waste and waste as well as mangrove rehabilitation.
