To illustrate the essence of SPIP, she compared it to a vehicle’s dashboard. According to her, SPIP functions as both a guide and a safeguard to ensure that an organization remains on the right track. Through this system, all organizational resources and activities can be managed, monitored, and aligned with the institution’s established objectives.

During her presentation, Sriningsih also explained the importance of assessing SPIP maturity levels. Such assessments are not merely administrative requirements but serve as instruments to provide reasonable assurance of improved performance, transparency, and accountability in the management of state finances. The maturity of the SPIP system is measured through the effectiveness and efficiency of activities, the reliability of financial reporting, and compliance with applicable regulations.

In addition to gaining insights into SPIP, the Happy Monday event became even more vibrant with the selection of the ASN of The Month (AoTM) for May 2026. On this occasion, Minatus Saniyah was chosen as the AoTM for May 2026 in recognition of her dedication, enthusiasm, and contributions in supporting various activities at BPS Jawa Tengah Province.
