Semarang, jateng.bps.go.id – The BPS Jawa Tengah Province (Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah) held a flag ceremony to commemorate the 54th Anniversary of KORPRI in the courtyard of the BPS Jawa Tengah Province office on Monday December 1st, 2025. The ceremony was conducted solemnly and was attended by all employees as well as internship students currently undertaking practical work at BPS.
During the ceremony, Dwi Agus Wahyu Riyadi served as the Ceremony Leader, while the Head of the General Affairs Division of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Joko Suwarjo, served as the Ceremony Inspector.
In his address, Joko Suwarjo delivered messages aligned with the remarks of the Chairperson of the National KORPRI Executive Board, Prof. Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, SH, MH, for the 54th KORPRI Anniversary, which carries the theme “United, Sovereign, Together with KORPRI Realizing an Advanced Indonesia.”
He emphasized that the commemoration of KORPRI’s anniversary is the right moment to strengthen the integrity, professionalism, and dedication of all civil servants (ASN) in delivering public services.
“KORPRI was born as a moral force that upholds the neutrality, integrity, and solidarity of ASN. This spirit must continue to thrive in every duty we carry out,” he said.
Joko also reiterated the eight preparedness commitments of KORPRI conveyed in the national address, which include strengthening corps unity, upholding neutrality, enhancing competency and professionalism, improving the speed and innovation of public services, and reinforcing ASN’s commitment to supporting the implementation of national policies.
The ceremony also served as a reminder of the importance of ASN readiness in facing the challenges of digital transformation, changes in service systems, and increasing public demand for accurate data.
“As an institution responsible for providing strategic data, we must be part of the government’s digital transformation,” Joko added.
