SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jawa Tengah Province officially opened the Regional Instructor Training (Inda) for Updating the Geospatial Framework and Content of the Statistical Work Area (Wilkerstat) for the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026) which was held online via Zoom Meeting on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
This training was officially opened by the Acting Head of BPS of Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih, who in her remarks conveyed the importance of updating the geospatial framework and content of the SE2026 Wilkerstat. This activity covers all Local Environmental Units (SLS) in 32 districts/cities, with the exception of three cities that have become the locations for PL-KUMKM 2023 data collection, namely Magelang City, Salatiga City, and Pekalongan City.
Endang explained that the output of this activity includes three main components:
1. The updated SLS Master and its contents,
2. The SLS map that is in accordance with the latest SLS master, and
3. The master of economic concentration areas.
"This Inda Pengolahan Training activity is an effort to perfect the Wilkerstat SE2026 updating activity which will be implemented this year," said Endang.
Meanwhile, in the event implementation report, the Head of the Information System and Dissemination Team of the Jawa Tengah Province BPS, Sumbodo Aji Cahyono, said that this training will last for three days, from 11 to 13 June 2025. This training involved 70 participants, consisting of:
- 2 National Instructors (Innas),
- 65 district/city Inda participants,
- 2 Class Managers, and
- 1 Learning Partner.
The National Instructors who accompanied this activity came from the Jawa Tengah Province BPS, namely Rizchi Eka Wahyuni and Yuli Purwitasari.
This training is expected to improve participants' understanding and skills in processing and updating statistical work area data, as part of the preparation for the implementation of the upcoming SE2026.
