BPS of Jawa Tengah Province Holds Regional Instructor Training for 2025 E-Commerce Survey

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - BPS of Jawa Tengah Province held a Regional Instructor Training for 2025 E-Commerce Survey for three days, from 16 to 18 June 2025. This activity was carried out as part of the preparation for the implementation of the E-Commerce Survey which is one of BPS's important strategies in capturing the dynamics of the digital economy in Indonesia. This E-Commerce Survey will record businesses that receive orders or sell goods/services via the internet during 2024

The training was officially opened by the Acting Head of BPS of Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih. In her remarks, she said that the E-Commerce Survey is an important instrument for capturing the development and contribution of the digital economy, especially in the online-based trade sector.

A total of 35 participants from BPS districts/cities throughout Jawa Tengah participated in this training. They will act as instructors in their respective regions and have the task of providing training to field officers and ensuring that survey implementation standards are maintained.

Through this training, BPS Jawa Tengah hopes that the quality and accuracy of E-Commerce 2025 data can be improved, resulting in statistics that can reflect the actual conditions, especially in the Jawa Tengah region.
