BPS Jawa Tengah Continues PEKPPP 2025 Coaching Clinic Series 2 Online

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jawa Tengah Province again held the PEKPPP Coaching Clinic Series 2 with the topic of HR Professionalism, which was held online on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. This activity was attended by all BPS Regencies/Cities throughout Jawa Tengah as part of an effort to increase the capacity and competence of human resources in supporting superior public services. Present as a resource person, Pristiana Diah Ariyantika, Young Expert Statistician, who presented material with a focus on strengthening work ethics, integrity, and the strategic role of HR in organizational transformation. This activity was moderated by Fauziyah Selowati, Young Expert Statistician.

Through this Coaching Clinic, BPS of Jawa Tengah Province encourages the creation of professional, adaptive, and highly competitive HR in order to answer the increasingly complex challenges of public services. It is hoped that this activity can become a space for collaboration and joint learning to continue to improve the quality of statistical services sustainably in the BPS environment throughout Jawa Tengah.
