SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - The Jawa Tengah BPS officially closed the fourth series of the Public Service Performance Monitoring and Evaluation (PEKPPP) Coaching Clinic held online via Zoom Meeting on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. This final series raised two important aspects of public service, namely the Public Service Information System and Complaint Consultation.
The two main speakers in this session, Eva Dian Widyastutie and Rizchi Eka Wahyuni, delivered in-depth material related to information system governance in public services and complaint consultation mechanisms. Both emphasized the importance of utilizing technology and transparency in supporting responsive and participatory services for the community.
The event was officially closed by Sumbodo Aji Cahyono, an Associate Computer Expert and Head of the Information Systems and Dissemination Team of the Jawa Tengah BPS. In his remarks, Sumbodo said that the Coaching Clinic was a form of real collaboration between the Jawa Tengah BPS and the Regency/City BPS throughout Jawa Tengah. Sumbodo hopes that this activity can improve the understanding of all work units related to PEKPPP, which will ultimately have an impact on improving the quality of public services to the community.
Sumbodo also reminded that after the end of this Coaching Clinic series, the next stage is an independent assessment which will take place on May 1-31, 2025. Sumbodo emphasized the importance of the readiness of all Regency/City BPS to compile deficiencies, both in terms of documents and activities so that they can be completed immediately and meet the indicators in the Sinergi application.
The PEKPPP Coaching Clinic event organized by the Jawa Tengah Province BPS is a strategic means in realizing quality, efficient, and accountable public services at BPS throughout Jawa Tengah.
