SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id -The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jawa Tengah Province held a Coaching Clinic for Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Delivery (PEKPPP) 2025 for the Service Policy aspect. This event took place on Wednesday (16/4/2025) online via the Zoom Meeting platform and was attended by the BPS Public Service Team for Regencies/Cities throughout Jawa Tengah.
This activity was officially opened by the Acting Head of BPS of Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih. In her direction, Endang emphasized the importance of improving the quality of public services within BPS, especially in dealing with the dynamics of public needs for transparent, fast, and accurate statistical data and services.
The PEKPPP 2025 mechanism delivery session was delivered by Sumbodo Aji Cahyono, an Associate Computer Expert and Head of the Information Systems and Dissemination Team. Sumbodo explained the technical implementation of monitoring and evaluation, as well as the information system that will be used in reporting and tracking service achievements in each work unit.
In addition, the Coaching Clinic also presented Medha Wardhany as the main speaker who presented material related to Policy Aspects. Medha highlighted the importance of adaptive service policies based on the needs of service users, and provided a number of strategies to strengthen internal policies so that they are in line with the principles of good public service.
With this activity, it is hoped that all BPS work units in Jawa Tengah can be more prepared and aligned in implementing PEKPPP 2025, and continue to encourage the creation of excellent, accountable, and community satisfaction-oriented public services.
