Improving Public Service Standards, BPS-Statistics Jawa Tengah Province Holds SPP FGD in 2025

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - In order to improve public service standards in Jawa Tengah, Jawa Tengah Province BPS held a Public Service Standards FGD on Tuesday, February 18 2025 in the Jawa Tengah Province BPS Hall.

Head of Jawa Tengah Province BPS, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih officially opened and conveyed directions that evaluation of public service delivery must be carried out continuously and involve elements of society so that Jawa Tengah Province BPS can provide services in accordance with data users' expectations.

Present at this activity were several elements of society, including: Agencies/OPD, Mass Media, Service Users, Academics, Civil Society Organizations and the Ombudsman as the supervisor of Public Services. On this occasion, the Service Declaration and Minutes of the 2025 Public Service Standards FGD results were also signed.
