The 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) is a series of activities for the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023) which will be carried out throughout Indonesia. The Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) is a follow-up survey after the complete ST2023 enumeration which is expected to be carried out periodically.
The main objective of SEP is to obtain data on economic aspects of agricultural business units, including income, expenditure, cost structure, and welfare indicators of agricultural business units in Indonesia
Before SEP 2024 officers go into the field to collect data, they must first take part in training with their respective Regional Instructors (Inda).
Inda also received training from the National Instructor (Innas). Meanwhile, Innas received training from the Main Instructor (Intama) who previously received direction from Master Intama.
In Jawa Tengah, the 2024 Inda Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) training was held online (zoom meeting) on 20-23 May 2024. The training, which was opened by the Head of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Dadang Hardiwan, presented Innas Adibatul Hasanah from BPS Java Province Central and invited Innas Wartiningsih and Nia Setiyawati from BPS-Statistics. Prior to online training, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) were implemented on 17-19 May 2024.
