Slaughtering Statistic of Jawa Tengah Province 2022

Publication of Livestock Slaughter Statistics for Central Java Province 2022 is an annual publication containing the results of data collection on Slaughterhouses (RPH) and Animal Slaughterhouses (TPH) managed by the government and non-government of Central Java Province. RPH and TPH data collection is carried out by Regency/City BPS every quarter and processing by BPS Central Java Province. The data presented in this publication includes livestock slaughter activities and production of slaughter products at RPH and TPH which are reported quarterly by Regency/City. Information on livestock types in this publication includes cattle, buffalo, horses, goats, sheep and pigs.
