Abstract

Publication of Slaughterhouse Statistics 2020 is an annual publication containing the results of data collection on Slaughterhouses (RPH) and Slaughterhouses (TPH) managed by the government and non-government. RPH/TPH data collection is carried out by the Regency/City BPS every quarter and processing by the Statistics of Jawa Tengah Province.The data presented in this publication includes livestock slaughtering activities and the production of slaughter products at RPH/TPH which are reported quarterly by Regency/City. Types of livestock information in this publication include cattle, buffalo, horses, goats, sheep, and pigs.
