Abstract

The 2018 Slaughterhouse Statistics publication is an annual publication containing the results of data collection of Slaughterhouses (RPH) and TPH (Slaughterhouses) which are managed by the government or non-government. The data collection of RPH / TPH is carried out by Regency / City BPS every quarter and processing by BPS of Jawa Tengah Province. The data presented in this publication covers slaughtering and production of slaughtering results in RPH / TPH reported by Regency / City and quarterly period. The types of livestock information in this publication include Cows, Buffalo, Horses, Goats, Sheep, and Pigs.
