ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Socialization

Semarang, jateng.bps.go.id - BPS Jawa Tengah Province held a Quality Management Socialization on ISO 9001:2015 on August 31, 2026, as part of its efforts to strengthen quality management implementation and enhance the quality of statistical service delivery. The event was opened by Top Management, Head of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Dr. Ali Said, M.A., and attended by representatives of Regional Executive Agencies (OPD) within the Provincial Government of Central Java.

The socialization material was presented by the Management Representative, Senior Computer Specialist (Pranata Komputer Ahli Madya), Iman Teguh Raharto, S.Si., M.Si., who discussed the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in supporting consistent, effective, and quality-driven work processes.

The implementation of quality management also encourages the organization not to stop at what is already working well, but to continuously evaluate, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that every process serves as a learning experience to produce better services.

Through the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, BPS Jawa Tengah Province remains committed to fostering a quality culture in every work process, increasing service user satisfaction, and delivering increasingly consistent, effective, and high-quality statistical services.
