The visit, led by the Head of the Jepara Regency Communication and Information Office, Budhi Sulistyawan, covered not only the technical aspects of developing and managing SIPESAT as a supporting platform for sectoral statistics development, but also the substance of the development activities carried out through the application. The discussion included development mechanisms, mentoring processes for regional government agencies, as well as the indicators and assessment criteria used to measure the maturity level of sectoral statistics implementation.

Iman Teguh Raharto, Associate Computer Expert at BPS Jawa Tengah Province, together with the sectoral statistics development team, presented the experience of BPS Jawa Tengah Province in building and enhancing SIPESAT as an instrument to support a more systematic, measurable, and well-documented assessment process. Through this application, the monitoring, evaluation, and assessment of sectoral statistics implementation can be carried out more effectively and transparently.

In addition to discussing the application's features and workflow, both institutions exchanged experiences on strategies for strengthening sectoral statistics and efforts to improve the quality of data produced by regional government agencies. The meeting is expected to further strengthen the synergy between BPS and local governments in promoting higher-quality and sustainable sectoral statistics implementation.
