Synergy of BPS with DPD RI Committee IV

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - BPS Jawa Tengah Province received an audience from the Chairman of DPD RI Committee IV, H. Ahmad Narwadi, S.Ag, in the meeting room of the BPS Jawa Tengah Province office, on Saturday, November 29, 2025. The meeting was held as part of efforts to strengthen coordination ahead of the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026), a national economic census conducted by BPS every ten years.

The discussion proceeded warmly, focusing on the preparation for the implementation of SE2026, the stakeholders involved, the implementation mechanism, and potential challenges that may arise in the field. The discussion also addressed the outreach strategies that have been carried out and will continue to be conducted so that the wider public and respondents from large industries clearly understand the importance of their participation in SE2026. This aspect is considered crucial to ensure the collected data is accurate and representative.

It is hoped that through the synergy between BPS Jawa Tengah Province and DPD RI Committee IV, the implementation of SE2026 can run smoothly, on time, and gain broad support from various parties. Thus, the results of the census are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the economic conditions in Jawa Tengah and Indonesia as a whole, which can serve as a basis for formulating more targeted national economic policies.
