Controlled Prices, Maintained Purchasing Power

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - Governor Jawa Tengah Ahmad Lutfi delivered instructions at the Regional Inflation Control Coordination Meeting (Rakor) held at Tlogo Resort, Tuntang, Semarang Regency, on Monday, October 6, 2025.

The event was held in conjunction with the National Inflation Control Coordination Meeting, chaired virtually by Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian.

In his remarks, the Governor emphasized that controlling inflation requires cooperation and synergy from all parties to maintain price control and maintain public purchasing power. The coordination meeting was attended by the Jawa Tengah Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda), relevant government agencies, and Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). Also in attendance was the Acting Head of the Jawa Tengah Provincial Statistics Agency (BPS), who supported the provision of data and statistical analysis as a basis for policymaking on inflation control in the region.

Through this activity, it is hoped that inflation control efforts in Jawa Tengah will be more effective and focused, and will maintain regional economic stability towards the end of 2025.
