Happy Monday Workshop: Improving the Quality of Communication, Coordination, and Diplomacy

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - Kicking off the week with enthusiasm, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jawa Tengah Province held a Happy Monday Special Workshop on Monday, July 14, 2025, in the 5th Floor Hall of the BPS-Jawa Tengah Province office. The event, themed "Communication, Coordination, and Diplomacy," was presented in an interactive and inspiring learning session.

Medha Wardhany and Dwi Agus Wahyu Riyadi delivered the topic "Effective Communication in Organizations." Participants were encouraged to understand the importance of establishing clear, precise, and contextual communication, both verbally and nonverbally. The communicator, message, and recipient must be aligned to create a harmonious and productive working relationship.

The event also served as a moment of appreciation, with the announcement of the Civil Servant of the Month (AOTM) for June 2025, awarded to Eny Pramudyastuti for her dedication and outstanding performance.

In her remarks, the Acting Head of BPS-Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih, emphasized the importance of broadening the understanding of effective communication. Communication is a crucial element in conveying data to the public.
