SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - There are 5 organizational cultures that have been instilled in BPS, namely be a leader, innovation, communication, coordination and diplomacy (KKD), data quality and hard work and smart work. An explanation of these five organizational cultures was delivered by the Acting Head of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih at the Happy Monday Special Orak-Arik event on Monday, May 26, 2025.
The event, which took place in the BPS Jawa Tengah Province Hall, was also attended by all employees throughout BPS Jawa Tengah in a hybrid manner. Endang said that BPS must be able to provide insight to the government and stakeholders, therefore every employee must be able to explain every data released by BPS.
Opportunities for human resource (HR) development at BPS continue to be improved, with the hope that BPS HR can develop methodology and analysis in diplomacy to create insight for external parties. Because, the taller the tree rises, the stronger the wind blows. The faster the world changes, the more alert we must be.
