Happy Monday Special: HR Talk Session

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - The Central Bureau of Statistics (Badan Pusat Statistik/BPS) of Jawa Tengah Province once again held the Happy Monday Special “Orak Arik” (Fun and Interesting Talk) event on Monday, October 27, 2025. This time, the theme raised was “HR Chat: Promotion and Academic Title Inclusion.”

The event was conducted in a hybrid format—onsite at the 5th Floor Hall of BPS Jawa Tengah Province and online via Zoom Meeting and the YouTube channel of BPS Jawa Tengah Province. All civil servants (ASN) from BPS offices across Jawa Tengah actively participated in the event.

In her opening remarks, the Acting Head of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih, expressed her appreciation to the work units that received the Mandala Adhi Karya Award, namely BPS Jawa Tengah Province, BPS Tegal Regency, BPS Semarang Regency, and BPS Kendal Regency.

In her address, Endang also reaffirmed the importance of implementing the five core organizational values of BPS: Professionalism, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Service, and Adaptability. She encouraged all employees to continue spreading positive energy, enthusiasm, and innovation in every aspect of their work.

This edition of Happy Monday was made even more special by the announcement of the ASN of The Month (AoTM) for September 2025, awarded to Rina Kartiningrum from the Social Statistics Indicators Team. Rina’s selection serves as recognition of her consistent dedication and inspiring performance.

Through this activity, BPS Jawa Tengah Province hopes to further nurture the spirit of togetherness, professionalism, and continuous learning in the workplace, in line with efforts to enhance the quality of human resources across BPS offices throughout Jawa Tengah.
