BPS Jawa Tengah Prepares Strategy for Updating Wilkerstat SE2026

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jawa Tengah Province held a preparatory meeting for the Geospatial Framework and Statistical Work Area Content (Wilkerstat) Update for the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026) on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Acting Head of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih, opened the meeting and delivered four main directives: adhere to the activity schedule, align understanding between teams, coordinate roles clearly, and ensure technical and administrative readiness.

"By implementing these four points, we can ensure the smoothness and success of the update activities," she said.

The event held in the BPS Jawa Tengah Province Hall was led by the Head of the Information Systems and Dissemination Team, Sumbodo Aji Cahyono. The agenda included discussions on the objectives of the activity, schedule, preparation of layouts and instruments, allocation of officer workloads, training, and implementation strategies in the field.

Participants who attended consisted of those responsible for the Geospatial Framework Update and Wilkerstat Content SE2026 activities from all BPS districts/cities throughout Jawa Tengah.
