Strategic Collaboration to Welcome the Implementation of the 2026 Economic Census

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - The Central Statistics Agency of Jawa Tengah Province conducted a working visit to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Office for Jawa Tengah and DIY Region on Friday, May 16, 2025. The visit was warmly received by OJK Director Taufik Andriawan and his team. The activity is part of BPS's strategic steps in preparation for the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census.

In the meeting, the two institutions discussed the potential for strategic collaboration in supporting inclusive and sustainable national economic development. This collaboration is expected to strengthen the synergy between data and policy, as well as being a concrete step in realizing the grand vision of Indonesia Emas 2045.

This collaboration allows for more accurate tracking of the growth of the financial sector and digital economy. OJK plays an important role in helping to verify financial-based business data, especially those connected to digital services.
