BPS Jawa Tengah Holds Socialization of Strategic Indicators and Economic Census Strategy 2026

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - In an effort to disseminate statistical information while preparing for the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jawa Tengah Province held a Socialization of BPS Strategic Indicators and the 2026 Economic Census Implementation Strategy on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. The activity was carried out in a hybrid manner and was attended by all BPS employees of Jawa Tengah Province and representatives from BPS districts/cities throughout Jawa Tengah.

The event, which was opened by the Acting Head of BPS of Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih, presented two main speakers, namely M Samuharwadi and Wisnu Nurdiyanto. Samuharwadi explained the challenges of development in 2025 and the condition of the Indonesian economy in February 2025. Meanwhile, Wisnu emphasized the importance of support from stakeholders and the community in making the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census a success.
