The Knowledge Sharing event was opened with remarks from the Head of BPS Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Toto Haryanto. In his remarks, Toto said that the integrity zone is one of the barometers for seeing the maturity of the organization. Each work unit must develop a strategy that is oriented towards impactful services. The predicate of Corruption-Free Region (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Region (WBBM) is not just a target but a reflection of integrity that has an impact on the wider community.

Endang said in her presentation that the development of the integrity zone towards WBK and WBBM usually focuses on the Pillars of Strengthening Supervision and Improving Public Service Quality. The WBK/WBBM predicate cannot be done alone, it requires commitment from the head and his staff. Endang also said that all innovations owned by the work unit must be able to provide outcomes that have a good impact on both internal and external parties.
