Tips & Tricks to Become a Reliable Facilitator

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - To improve employee competency, especially in knowledge transfer skills, the Jawa Tengah Province Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is holding a webinar series entitled Tips & Tricks to become a Reliable Facilitator. This activity will be held online on Friday, February 7 2025. With the theme of learning engagement and effective communication, the event was held online and attended by BPS employees in various regions.

This webinar was opened directly by the Head of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih. In his direction, it was stated that increasing competence in the field of communication and teaching techniques with the concept of How to Present Something Difficult to Make It Easier to Understand is very important for BPS instructors. The hope is that the instructors will be able to provide training material using a variety of interesting teaching techniques.
