Chili and Onions Become Triggers Deflation in Central Java Province

Setelah pada Agustus 2019 mengalami inflasi sebesar 0,33, pada bulan September 2019 Jawa Tengah mengalami deflasi sebesar 0,24 persen. Deflasi kompak terjadi di enam kota SBH di Jawa Tengah.

Penyebab utama deflasi di Jawa Tengah September 2019 adalah turunnya harga cabai merah, bawang merah, daging ayam ras, telur ayam ras dan cabai rawit.
Penahan laju deflasi adalah naiknya biaya akademi/perguruan tinggi, emas perhiasan, beras, mie dan jeruk.
