Surveillance Audit ISO 9001:2015 PST BPS Jawa Tengah Province

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - BPS Jawa Tengah Province has successfully obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2023. In order to maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification, Surveillance Audit I ISO 9001:2015 was conducted on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at BPS Jawa Tengah Province. Through this Surveillance Audit, BPS Jawa Tengah Province strives to maintain consistency, increase efficiency, and continue to provide the best service to the community and stakeholders.

Endang Tri Wahyuningsih as Top Management of BPS Jawa Tengah Province opened the Surveillance Audit ISO 9001:2015 event by delivering a presentation on BPS Jawa Tengah Province's commitment to meeting ISO 9001:2015 standards and striving to take various steps to maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification and increase customer satisfaction. The presentation also conveyed the scope of certification, namely Library Services, Statistical Consultation Services, Statistical Product Sales Services, and Statistical Recommendation Services.

Meanwhile, M. Effrin Martiansyah as the ISO Lead Auditor said that the purpose of this Surveillance Audit is a step in ensuring that the scope of certification is still in accordance with the implementation and verifying that all elements of the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements can still be met according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
