Monitoring Data Quality and Public Services, BPS Leaders Review Various Activities in Jawa Tengah

SURAKARTA, jateng.bps.go.id -Data Quality and Public Services play an important role in achieving the vision of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) as a Provider of Quality Statistical Data for Advanced Indonesia. To realize this, periodic monitoring and evaluation are needed. Moh Edy Mahmud as Deputy for Balance and Statistical Analysis (NAS), and M Habibullah as Deputy for Production Statistics attended and provided direction at several activities carried out by the Jawa Tengah BPS after attending the National Plenary Evaluation of Sectoral Statistics Implementation (EPSS) and Leading in A National Statistics Office Workshop (LANSOW) in Surakarta City.
Moh Edy Mahmud and the Head of the Jawa Tengah BPS, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih attended and provided direction at the Simultaneous Consultation of Quarterly Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Regency/City according to Business Field 2024 which took place at the Ibis Styles Hotel, Semarang City. In his direction, Edy conveyed that the quality of PDRB data for Regency/City plays an important role in development planning in Regency/City throughout Jawa Tengah.
In addition, M Habibullah was also present at the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Public Service Standards at the Mahalaya Hotel, Surakarta City and provided direction to employees at the Surakarta City BPS office. Habibullah gave his appreciation for the Public Service FGD activity carried out by the Surakarta City BPS and it is hoped that useful input can be obtained for the good of public services in the future.
