Head of Jawa Tengah Province BPS Directly Reviews Implementation of Sakernas August 2024

BLORA, jateng.bps.go.id - The National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) is currently still ongoing until August 31, 2024. This survey captures the employment conditions in Indonesia including Blora Regency. The indicators produced include the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), Employment Opportunity Rate (TKK), Underemployment Rate (TSP), and so on.

Head of Jawa Tengah Province BPS, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih directly reviewed the Sakernas enumeration of selected households in Tambakromo Village, Cepu District, Blora Regency on Thursday, August 8, 2024. Endang accompanied by the Head of BPS Blora Regency, Rukhedi and staff wanted to ensure that the Sakernas data collection process runs in accordance with the concept of definition and SOP that has been determined by the Central Statistics Agency.

In between field activities, Endang had the opportunity to provide direct evaluation to officers and the BPS Sakernas Team of Blora Regency. Endang advised officers to conduct detailed probing, in order to dig up information from respondents so that the intent of the questions is achieved.
