Training for Warehouse, Expedition and Courier Survey Officers (VPEK) in 2024

Hi Statistics Friends,

Have you ever bought goods from outside the city or even abroad via courier or expedition services?

Have you ever bought rice, oranges, mackerel or even corn?

So, if you have, do statistics friends know how much the logistics sector such as couriers/expeditions contributes to Indonesia's GDP? And do friends of statistics know the distribution patterns of rice, oranges, mackerel and shelled corn?

Statmin helps with spill spills, right now Central Java Province BPS has carried out training for Warehouse, Expedition and Courier Survey (VPEK) officers in 2024 which is integrated with the 2024 Distribution Pattern Survey (Poldis). One of the aims of implementing VPEK and Poldis is to obtain data/information related to the growth of the logistics sector, especially warehousing and delivery of goods (courier/expedition), which is an important indicator in increasing economic growth in Indonesia, and to determine distribution patterns and trade margins for a commodity

The data and information obtained will later be used by stakeholders for planning and evaluation materials related to the logistics sector and commodity distribution patterns from producers to final consumers.
