On the first day after this Eid holiday, BPS Central Java Province has released several strategic indicators one of which is the Import Export Numbers

In April 2019, the Central Java trade allocation was still a deficit of US $ 446.41 million, the value of this deficit was smaller than the previous month in March 2019 which was US $ 474.44 million. The April 2019 deficit was contributed by the oil and gas and non-oil and gas sectors, respectively US $ 279.91 million and US $ 166.50 million.

Central Java's Total Exports in April 2019 amounted to US $ 694.64 million, down by 3.65% compared to March 2019, while compared to the same month in the previous year it rose 0.32%. The biggest reducing export commodity was non-knitted apparel by US $ 22.15 or by 12.92%. The main export destination countries for Central Java are the United States, Japan and China. The role of the three countries in the total exports of Central Java from January to April 2019 was 52.74%. Central Java's Total Imports in April 2019 amounted to US $ 1. 141.05 million, down by 4.55% compared to March 2019, whereas if compared to the same month the previous year it decreased by 11.54%. The most important commodity that experienced the biggest decline was machineries / aircraft mechanics by US $ 69.93 or by 23.09%. Largest Imports from China, Japan and the United States. The role of the three countries to the total imports of Central Java from January to April 2019 was 60.92%

These Export and Import figures are very important for the government to evaluate and make Gaesss policy
