Seminar on Competency Development of Public Relations Institutions of Public Relations and Computer Institutions in Central Java

The Central Java Province's Office of Communication and Information held a Competency Development Seminar for officials in the functions of computer and public relations institutions throughout Central Java. The seminar titled "Raise Your Value, Raise Your Brand" was held on Wednesday (24/7) in the Hall of the 4th Floor of the Communication and Information Office of Central Java Province. The seminar was attended by Head of Subdivision of Administrative Procedure of BPS RI Functional Office, Godlif Maruli Tua Nainggolan, S.Mn as the main resource person.
Godlif revealed, as Functional officials must know what must be approved and documented in DUPAK so as to improve the process of discussion. In addition, he also refers to making DUPAK documentation must be complete, in order, and following a predetermined schedule. Thus, the DUPAK process will speed up the assessment process and facilitate the assessment team in conducting discussions.
According to Godlif, a problem that often occurs when the compilation of functional officials of computer institutions judging DUPAK is that the documentation is incomplete, physical evidence is not sorted according to nothing in the SPMK, and the most fatal is often the wrong use of various activities assessed. The final value obtained from the functional officer of the computer institution is not optimal and the evaluation process is too late.

In this seminar also explained about the DUPAK Online Prakom Application that is being developed by BPS RI. At present, the DUPAK Online Prakom application is only used in the BPS internal environment. But going forward, the Prakom Online DUPAK application will be implemented in other Ministries / Institutions / Agencies throughout Indonesia.
In addition to the DUPAK Prakarsa Online application made by BPS RI, the DUPAK Tracking Application is also being developed by the prakom team in Central Java. 📝 [KJ: dyast]
