Abstract

One indicator frequently used to assess the impact of increased economic growth on labor absorption is the Incremental Labor Output Ratio (ILOR). This publication, Analysis of the Incremental Labor Output Ratio (ILOR) for Jawa Tengah Province 2020–2024, is intended to complement the analysis of labor needs within the Jawa Tengah economy. This publication analyzes labor needs within the economy over the past five years by sector and labor productivity.
