Abstract

The objective of regional development is to promote economic growth and improve the welfare of the community. In creating economic output, production factors derived from resources are required, including both natural resources (NR) and human resources (HR). One of the indicators commonly used to understand the impact of economic growth on employment absorption is the Incremental Labour Output Ratio (ILOR).The ILOR of Jawa Tengah Province 2021–2025 publication is presented as a complement to the analysis of labor requirements in the economy of Jawa Tengah. In this publication, we analyze labor requirements in relation to the economy over the past five years, with reference to economic sectors and labor productivity.
