First Visit of Deputy Head of BPS RI to Jawa Tengah

BANYUMAS, jateng.bps.go.id - Deputy Head of BPS RI, Sonny Harry Budiutomo Harmadi, made his first working visit to Jawa Tengah Province on Thursday and Friday, May 22-23, 2025. Banyumas Regency was the destination for Sonny's visit, with several agendas including a dialogue with the Heads of BPS regencies/cities throughout Jawa Tengah under the title Ngobrol Gayeng Bareng Kang Sonny.

On that occasion, Sonny delivered directions regarding the importance of capturing strategic indicators produced by BPS more precisely for the future of the nation. Sonny also hopes that there will be continuity and synergy from upstream to downstream within the BPS organization, so that work programs can be implemented smoothly from the center to the regions.

Closing his direction, Sonny emphasized that leaders must "be a leader, not a Boss" and continue to learn to increase insight and be ready to provide insight to the government and stakeholders.

Acting Head of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih and staff were also present to accompany the Deputy Head of BPS RI during the visit.
