SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - In order to increase employee awareness in terms of cybersecurity, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jawa Tengah Province held a Special Orak Arik Seminar, Fun and Interesting Chat - The Spirit of Upgrading Competence and Sharing Knowledge with the theme Empowering Employees as Public Relations Firewalls: Modern Cyber ​​Defense Tactics. The activity was carried out in a hybrid manner and was attended by all BPS ASN throughout Jawa Tengah on Monday, April 14, 2025. This activity was opened by the Acting Head of BPS of Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih, who conveyed the strategy for implementing activities in each team and the development of the Integrity Zone (ZI). 

The Orak Arik material was delivered by the Branch Manager of ION Network Semarang, Seno Purwo Sugiarto. On that occasion, Seno conveyed the importance of the role of human firewalls in detecting and preventing cyber threats. Seno also provided tips on cyber hygiene to reduce cyber attacks on individuals and organizations. 

Not only the delivery of material on cybersecurity, this activity also held the ASN of The Month Selection for March 2025. From the assessment results, Rina Kartiningrum was selected as ASN of The Month for March 2025.
