Central Java BPS Receives Award Certificate from the Acting Governor of Jawa Tengah

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - Jawa Tengah's inflation performance during 2024 is quite encouraging. The development of inflation is stable and under control at the national inflation range of 2.5 ± 1% and will close with an inflation rate in December 2024 of 1.67% on an annual basis (y-o-y), or slightly 0.10% higher than national inflation of 1.57%.

Head of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih was present with Head of the Price and Distribution Team, Arjuliwondo to receive a certificate of appreciation from the Jawa Tengah Province Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID) and Jawa Tengah Province Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) which was handed over directly by the Acting Governor of Jawa Tengah , Nana Sudjana on Monday, January 13 2025 at the Jawa Tengah Governor's Office.

In his speech, the Acting Governor expressed his appreciation and expressed his thanks for the good performance which was the result of hard work, cooperation and synergy between members of the TPID of Jawa Tengah Province, both from internal and external elements in supporting efforts to control inflation in Jawa Tengah.

The activity continued with an online Regional Inflation Control Coordination Meeting chaired by Plt. Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Tomsi Tohir Balaw.
