Interactive Data Visualization with Metabase

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - BPS has a strategic role in producing quality data. In this fast-paced digital era, presenting data that is attractive and easy to understand is one of the keys to increasing the use of statistical data.

Jawa Tengah Province BPS held Internalization of Data Visualization with Metabase on Tuesday, December 24 2024 online via zoom meeting and YouTube streaming. The event was opened by the Head of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih and attended by more than 250 participants from various regions, many even from outside the Jawa Tengah Province region.

In his direction, Endang said that metabase could become a platform that could be used to disseminate statistics produced by BPS to all stakeholders. Metabase Internalization was delivered by Medha Wardhany, BPS Young Expert Statistician for Jawa Tengah Province.

Data visualization is a real step towards making data more than just numbers, but rather provides deeper understanding and more meaningful solutions for policy making.
