SUKOHARJO, jateng.bps.go.id - The Statistics Corner is one of the breakthroughs presented by the Central Statistics Agency which aims to be closer to the academic community. With the presence of the statistics corner, it is hoped that students will find it easier to meet their data needs.
Most recently, the official statistics corner was present at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS), located in the UMS Library and Digital Services Center Building, Wednesday, December 4 2024. The activity was opened by the Head of the Library, Maria Husnun Nisa, then continued with a series of ceremonies inaugurating the statistics corner such as signing MoU, Inauguration of the Statistical Agent, as well as ribbon cutting by the Head of Jawa Tengah Province BPS, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih, to mark the inauguration.
On the same occasion, moderated by BPS Sukoharjo Regency, Nurul Choiriyati, Endang also gave a Public Lecture, conveying statistical material and also the important role of students in developing research methods in the future.
