BPS National Civil Service Candidate Selection Psychological Test for Fiscal Year 2024

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - As a series of National Statistics Agency (BPS) CPNS selection for Fiscal Year 2024, Jawa Tengah Province BPS is carrying out a Psychological Test for BPS CPNS applicants who are declared to have passed the Basic Competency Selection Test (SKD). The psychological test was held on Thursday, November 21 2024 in the 5th Floor Hall of BPS Jawa Tengah Province. This activity was attended by 51 participants divided into 2 sessions.

Psychological tests are carried out to assess whether prospective employees have the competencies appropriate to the position being applied for. In addition, psychological tests help ensure that prospective employees have characteristics that are in line with organizational values and job demands.

Next, BPS CPNS applicants for Fiscal Year 2024 will take an interview test which will be held on Tuesday, December 3 2024 at BPS Jawa Tengah Province. In the period 9-20 December 2024, participants will take part in the Field Competency Selection (SKB) using the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) system at the Semarang State Civil Service Agency (BKN) UPT.

Hopefully, this fairly long CPNS selection stage will produce BPS CPNS who have the ASN core value of AKHLAK.
