Socialization of 2024 Organizational Culture Survey Results

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is holding an Organizational Culture Survey (SBO) in 2024, with the resulting output being the BPS Morale implementation index value. The survey will be carried out in July 2024.

As a means of disseminating the 2024 SBO results, Jawa Tengah Province BPS held a 2024 SBO Results Socialization which was packaged in the Happy Monday event on Monday, November 4 2024. This activity was attended by all Jawa Tengah Province BPS employees offline in the 5th Floor Hall of Jawa Tengah Province of BPS, as well as all Regency/City BPS employees online via Zoom Meeting and YouTube streaming.

The socialization was opened by the Head of Jawa Tengah Province BPS, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih. In his direction, Endang said that the competencies possessed by employees must be optimized to improve public services through innovations that can provide insight to data users.

The 2024 SBO results were presented by Change Champion BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Maharanny Diwid Prasetyawati. Maharanny dissects the 2024 SBO results for each Moral behavior.

On this Happy Monday, the ASN of the Month election for October 2024 was also held.
