Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) in June 2024

Central Java Province BPS is holding the 2024 UPB UTL Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) Officer Training which was opened on Monday (27/5) by the Head of Central Java Province BPS, Dadang Hardiwan, and will run until May 31 2024.

Training is carried out using blended learning, namely a combination of online and offline by combining synchronous and asynchronous patterns.

The 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) which was carried out this June is one of a series of follow-up surveys in the agricultural sector following the complete enumeration of the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST) which is planned to be carried out periodically every year with different content.

The main objective of SEP 2024 is to obtain data on economic aspects of agricultural business units, including income, expenditure, cost structure, and welfare indicators of agricultural business units in Indonesia. Apart from that, SEP 2024 also provides basic data to monitor several Sustainable Development Goals (TPB/SDGs) indicators in the agricultural sector. The scope of SEP business units is individual agricultural businesses (UTP), legal entity agricultural companies (UPB) and other agricultural businesses (UTL).
