Abstract

This publication of the Fishermen's Exchange Rate for Central Java Province 2022 is the first publication presented by the Central Java Provincial Statistics Agency, as an effort by the Central Java BPS to increase stakeholder understanding of the indicators of fishermen's life. Central Java has marine potential that can be developed as one of the sectors supporting economic growth and improving the welfare of the community, especially fishermen. Fisherman's Exchange Rate (NTN) is the ratio of the price index received by fishermen to the index of prices paid by fishermen. Conceptually, NTN is an indicator of the ability of the exchange rate of capture fishery products produced by fishermen with goods or services consumed by fishermen's households and their needs in producing capture fishery products.
