Abstract

The aim of regional development is economic growth and welfare of the community. In producing economic output, resource production factors are needed, both natural resources (SDA) and human resources (HR). One indicator that is often used to determine the effect of increasing economic growth on the amount of labor absorption is ILOR (Incremental Labor Output Ratio). The publication of the Incremental Labor Output Ratio (ILOR) Analysis for the Development Area of Jawa Tengah Province 2018-2022 is a publication published in order to complete the analysis of labor needs in economic output in Jawa Tengah according to development areas for the last five years, namely 2018-2022.
