Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Jawa Tengah Province 2021

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been carried out regularly every year since 2005, but initially it was only carried out at Central BPS. Since 2014, the location of the SKD implementation has been expanded to the Regency/City BPS. In 2020, BPS-Statistics Indonesia again held SKD at Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS, and 480 Regency/City BPS. The results of the 2021 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and satisfaction with data quality. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
