HSN 2026 Celebration, BPS Kendal Strengthens Understanding of Socioeconomic Indicators

Kendal, jateng.bps.go.id — To commemorate National Statistics Day (HSN) 2026, BPS Kendal Regency held a Social and Economic Indicators Dissemination event on Friday, September 25, 2026, under the theme “Quality Statistics for a Sovereign, Just, and Prosperous Indonesia.”

The event was attended by Head of BPS of Jawa Tengah Province, Ali Said, along with Kendal Regency Regional Secretary Agus Dwi Lestari and heads of Regional Government Organizations (OPD) within the Kendal Regency Government.

On the occasion, the Head of BPS of Jawa Tengah Province emphasized the importance of utilizing high-quality statistical data to support development. Data not only provide an overview of the social and economic conditions of the community but also serve as an important instrument for determining targeted policies.

The participation of the Kendal Regency Government demonstrated a shared commitment between BPS and the local government to continuously strengthen collaboration in the provision and utilization of statistical data.

Meanwhile, Head of BPS Kendal Regency, Ade Sandi, expressed his appreciation and gratitude to all BPS partners who attended the event and contributed to the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026). He also appreciated the dedication and cooperation of all parties in successfully completing the SE2026 stages.

The HSN 2026 commemoration serves as a reminder that statistics are not merely numbers, but an essential foundation for evidence-based development oriented toward improving community welfare.
