BPS Jateng Holds 2025 Sectoral Statistics Focus Group Discussion

In an effort to strengthen coordination and improve the quality of sectoral data management in Jawa Tengah, the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Jawa Tengah Province held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Sectoral Statistical Metadata for Jawa Tengah Province in 2025. This activity served as a platform for collaboration between BPS and various regional government agencies to realize integrated data governance aligned with the One Data Indonesia (SDI) principles.

The BPS of Jawa Tengah Province held the FGD on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 14 and 15, 2025, in the 5th Floor Hall of the BPS. Representatives from various agencies and institutions within the Jawa Tengah Provincial Government attended the event to strengthen synergy and coordination to realize integrated data governance in accordance with the One Data Indonesia (SDI) principles.

The event also presented material on assistance with sectoral statistical metadata, completing the 2025 SKD (Standardized Personnel Competency Test), and the Integrated Statistics Service (PST) of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, demonstrating BPS's commitment to providing fast, accurate, and easily accessible data services to all data users. Under the direction of the Acting Head of the Jawa Tengah Provincial Government, The Head of the Jawa Tengah Statistics Agency (BPS), Endang Tri Wahyuningsih, emphasized the importance of inter-agency collaboration to improve the quality of sectoral statistics in Jawa Tengah.

Through this FGD, BPS hopes to strengthen inter-agency collaboration in achieving accurate and high-quality data. Together, we support the realization of One Data Indonesia for the advancement and sustainable development of Jawa Tengah.
