Evaluation of Performance Achievements Quarter 1 2025

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - Monitoring and evaluation of performance achievements are needed to ensure that targets and performance indicators are achieved according to plan, identify problems or obstacles that arise, and optimize future performance. On Monday, April 21, 2025, the Jawa Tengah Province BPS held a Quarter 1 2025 Performance Achievement Evaluation. The activity was attended by all ASN of Jawa Tengah Province BPS in the Jawa Tengah Province BPS Hall.

The activity began with direction from the Acting Head of Jawa Tengah Province BPS, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih. Endang said that up to the first quarter of 2025, 9 of the 18 performance indicators had been realized with a performance achievement of 23.55 percent and budget realization reaching 23.08 percent.

Endang also conveyed five organizational cultures that must be instilled in BPS, including, be a leader, innovation, communication, coordination and diplomacy, data quality, hard work and smart work.

The event continued with a detailed presentation of the evaluation and monitoring of performance achievements by the SAKIP team and the socialization of zoomila by the SID team.
