Vocational School Student Statistics Tour to BPS Jawa Tengah Province

SEMARANG, jateng.bps.go.id - A group of students from SMK NU 06 Muallimin Weleri Kendal visited the Jawa Tengah Province Central Statistics Agency (BPS) on Friday, February 7 2025. The students happily attended to learn about government statistics, especially about economics and finance.

The group of students majoring in Financial and Institutional Accounting led by Boni Prasetya Adi as Head of the Department was received directly by the Head of BPS Jawa Tengah Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih in the Hall on the 5th floor of BPS Jawa Tengah Province. In his speech, Endang conveyed several BPS strategic indicators such as population, employment, education, as well as financial literacy and inclusion. Endang also conveyed the need for statistical literacy for students to lead to a generation of achievers. With statistical literacy, students can innovate and keep up with current developments.

In the event, which was wrapped up in the Statistical Tourism program, the delivery of material and discussions were packaged in a fun but content atmosphere.
